职位描述：The Applications Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for NanoLC applications and products. The initial focus of this position is to engage in pre-sales activities with potential customers. Responsibilities include: 1) supporting pre-sales efforts by conducting demos of Eksigent Technologies’ products and providing technical information to potential customers; 2) coordinating with the US-based product specialists, and sales and marketing teams; 3) maintaining technical information and training materials; 4) conducting application development for customers; and 5) performing system installation at the customer sites, providing user training and carrying out instrument troubleshooting after systems are installed.
要求：Strong technical and significant laboratory and/or scientific background will be required. University graduate with MS degree (Ph.D. degree preferred) in analytical chemistry, proteomics, or other related field. Effective communication skills to clearly articulate technical and product information to customers are essential. Strong presentation and troubleshooting skills are also important. Prior lab experience using HPLC or LCMS in proteomics or analytical chemistry is a plus. Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English (a minimum of grade 6 required on Chinese National English Certification). （要求英文口语能力强，与外国人沟通流畅）
